Sizing: You normally want to wear an accurate size. If your actual waist size is 36, you'd want to wear a size 36 boardshort.

If you upsize your street clothing, the boardshorts may fit loosely. Ex: Twitch wears a 34 pant and wears a size 34 boardshort.
